PUSTKOPHAR 2020-21
"Joy of giving" books as presents is an immensely fruitful activity. To maintain this ecosystem of giving, the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has initiated the activity of "Pustakophar". The students of Kendriya Vidyalaya Mandi donated their previous year's books to the library, which were further passed on the poor and needy students so that their studies and pursuit of knowledge is not affected by their inability to purchase these books. This activity also inculcates the quality of benevolence and supporting their fellow schoolmates in times of need among these students.
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, this year the function could not be organised inside the school, however the books were collected and donated in the Vidyalaya office as per the issued guidelines.
